Affiliate Agreement

This Affiliate Agreement governs the relationship between Flewnt and you as a partner. By joining the Flewnt partner programme, you accept these terms.

1. Programme overview

This agreement covers the Flewnt partner affiliate programme. Partners promote Flewnt to their audience using a unique referral link. When a new subscriber signs up and converts to a paid plan via your link, you earn a recurring commission of 25% of each subscription payment for as long as the referred subscriber remains active. There are no tiers and no time-based rate changes. The commission rate is flat and permanent.

Commission applies to subscription payments only. One-time purchases such as top-up packs are not commissionable. There is no cap on commission earnings. Follower count, reach, or social metrics are not considered for eligibility.

Partners may also earn a recruitment bonus. When a partner you referred to the programme earns commission, you earn 17% of their first three customer payments. After the third payment, the recruitment window for that referred partner closes. Recruitment bonuses are paid under the same terms as standard commissions.

Flewnt also operates a separate user referral programme for subscribers (not partners). That programme awards subscription credits for referral milestones and is governed by the main Terms of Service, not this agreement.

You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from commission payments received under this programme.

2. Payment

Commissions are paid monthly, in arrears, for the prior calendar month's confirmed conversions. A conversion is confirmed after its first renewal on a monthly plan, or 30 days after purchase on a yearly plan, provided the payment has not been refunded or charged back. A conversion refunded or charged back before it is confirmed earns no commission. Minimum payout threshold is $20 USD. Payments are processed via Stripe Connect to a connected Stripe account you set up on acceptance. Paid monthly on the 15th.

3. Tracking and attribution

Attribution is last-click, 30-day cookie window. Conversions are tracked server-side and matched to your referral code at checkout. Self-referrals are not permitted and will result in disqualification.

4. Disclosure obligations

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in all promotional content. Required disclosures include an explicit statement such as: I earn a commission if you sign up via my link. Use the appropriate platform tag (e.g. #ad, #sponsored, #affiliate) where required by applicable law or platform policy. Failure to disclose may result in immediate termination.

5. Content standards

You may create honest, accurate content about Flewnt based on your personal experience. You must not:

• Make false or misleading claims about the Service, pricing, or refund policy.
• Use Flewnt branding or assets in ways not covered by the brand guidelines.
• Bid on Flewnt brand keywords in paid search without written permission.
• Use spam, unsolicited messages, or incentivised-click schemes to generate referrals.

6. Term and termination

This Agreement begins on the date your application is accepted and continues indefinitely unless terminated. Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of sections 4 or 5. On termination, accrued commissions for completed months are paid out; commissions for the current partial month are forfeited if we terminate for cause.

7. Modifications

We may update commission rates or these terms with 30 days notice to your registered email. Continued participation after the notice period constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept, you may terminate as described in section 6.

8. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement. If you are a consumer, nothing in this section shall affect your statutory rights to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
