Refund Policy
Your first paid subscription payment carries a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of your first charge and we will issue a full refund. No forms, no calls. Renewal charges are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date to avoid being charged again.

How to request a refund
- Find your Paddle order number in your receipt email.
- Email with the order number and the words "Refund request" in the subject line, within 14 days of your first charge.
- We respond within one business day. Approved refunds are initiated via Paddle; settlement typically takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancellation
Cancel at any time via the Paddle customer portal (the link is in every receipt email). To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not itself trigger a refund.
Currency and tax
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who is the merchant of record. Refunds are returned in the original charge currency. Tax (VAT, GST, etc.) is included in the refund where Paddle collected it.
Statutory rights
This policy does not limit any statutory rights you have as a consumer under applicable law. EU and UK consumers retain all rights under their respective consumer protection legislation in addition to this policy.
