Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Every receipt email has a link to manage your subscription. Cancel there, and it stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. No forms, no calls.
What is the refund policy?
14-day money-back on your first payment. If it is not for you, ask within 14 days and you get a full refund. Renewals are non-refundable, but you can cancel any time before your next renewal date.
Does the price really cover all my LINE chats?
Yes. One subscription covers every LINE chat you add Flewnt to. Two chats or twenty. The price stays the same.
What is the translation budget?
Each month you get a budget that covers around 3,000 short messages. Most chats never come close. If you do run low, you will see a notification with a link to grab a top-up pack.
Who handles my payment?
A third-party payment provider handles your card, local tax, and invoicing. Your receipt comes from them. Flewnt never sees your card number.
Why not just use a free bot?
Free bots use basic translation engines: word for word, not meaning for meaning. They don't understand context, register, or what not to translate. A Japanese keigo phrase gets rendered literally and reads as nonsense. A Thai message with a dropped subject comes back missing half its meaning. Flewnt reads the full message and renders what was actually said.
What happens to the 50 free translations when I upgrade?
They get used first. If you still have free translations left when you upgrade, those run out before your paid budget starts.
Do top-up packs expire?
No. Once you buy a pack, those credits stay on your account until you use them. They only get drawn after your monthly budget runs out.
What currency is charged?
USD. The checkout converts to your local currency and shows the amount before you confirm.
Can I enter a discount code?
