Sub-processors
Flewnt uses the third-party sub-processors listed below to operate the group chat translation service. Each sub-processor is bound by a data processing agreement or equivalent contractual safeguard.
We review this list on each material change. If we add, replace, or remove a sub-processor that processes personal data, we will update this page and notify customers with an active subscription at least 30 days in advance via the email address associated with their account.

Messaging platform providers
LINE Corporation (Japan) provides the messaging platform API that Flewnt integrates with. LINE acts as an independent data controller under its own privacy policy, not as a sub-processor of Flewnt. See LINE's privacy policy.
Objection procedure
If you object to a new or replacement sub-processor, notify us at within the 30-day notice period, stating your grounds. We will attempt to make a reasonable accommodation. If we cannot resolve the objection to your satisfaction, either party may terminate the agreement as described in the Data Processing Agreement.
International transfers
Several sub-processors are located in the United States or Singapore. Transfers from the UK or EEA to these sub-processors are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, as applicable. Transfers to LINE Corporation (Japan) are covered by Japan's adequacy decision under UK GDPR and the European Commission's adequacy decision for Japan. Marketing sub-processors (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads) only receive data when a visitor grants consent.
